Syrex, a leading consulting company, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to oversee the company’s official social media presence across all platforms.

This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and precise execution to ensure a professional, engaging, and consistent online presence that reflects the company’s consulting expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Fully manage and operate all Syrex social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter).
2. Plan and execute monthly content strategies that align with the company’s consulting brand.
3. Create and publish high-quality posts (text, images, videos) tailored for each platform.
4. Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
5. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns if required.
6. Track performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.
7. Stay updated on social media trends relevant to consulting and professional services and integrate them into campaigns.
8. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of proven experience managing social media accounts for companies or professional services.

Excellent command of both Arabic and English (written and spoken).

Strong skills in content writing, visual storytelling, and professional communication.

Familiarity with tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator is an advantage.

Proficiency with Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or similar scheduling and analytics tools.

Understanding of platform algorithms and strategies to increase organic reach.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Proactive, creative, and passionate about digital communication in professional contexts.

📍 Location: This position is office-based in Damascus, Syria.
