Product Specialist:
Employment Type: Full‑time - On site ( Free Zone - Damascus)
Core Responsibilities
● Requirements & Documentation — Translate high‑level product concepts into detailed Product Requirement Document, and wireframes. Maintain a single source of truth in PM tool.
● Data & Customer Insights — Run quantitative analyses with the assist of data specialist and qualitative research (user interviews, surveys) to inform prioritisations; synthesize findings into actionable insights.\
●Initiative Tracking — Own the initiative tracker: create project plans, align timelines, surface risks and keep stakeholders updated via weekly status reports.
● Release Readiness — Coordinate cross‑functional user acceptance testing, draft release notes and ensure Support/Marketing teams are equipped with up‑to‑date FAQs and training.
● Experimentation & Metrics — Set clear success metrics with the PM, design A/B tests, monitor dashboards and document learnings for continuous improvement.
● Process Improvement — Identify bottlenecks in the discovery‑to‑delivery flow and drive small‑to‑medium process enhancements (e.g., template libraries, retrospectives).
● Voice of the Customer — Aggregate feedback from CS, social media and surveys; categorize bugs/features to backlog and communicate priority rationale.
Minimum Qualifications:
● 2+ years in product operations, business analysis or similar role supporting product managers.
● Strong written & verbal English and Arabic.
● Comfortable writing product requirements and using Trello, Miro.
Preferred Qualifications:
● E‑commerce, retail or consumer app experience.
● Familiarity with UX research methodologies and synthesis.
● Exposure to agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and rituals.
Tools You’ll Use:
Aha.io , Figma ,Google Analytics ,Notion , Miro , and other analytics tools in the company.
