We are looking for a Team Leader – Laravel Developer with strong leadership skills and solid experience in both backend and frontend development to join our fast-growing tech team.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor a team of developers on Laravel-based projects.
• Architect and develop scalable, high-performance web applications.
• Oversee integration between backend and frontend systems.
• Ensure code quality, security, and best practices are followed.
• Collaborate with other team members to deliver unique digital experiences.

✅ Requirements:
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Laravel and Blade.
• Strong skills in JavaScript, Vue.js / React, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience managing small to mid-size development teams.
• Understanding of APIs, MySQL, and modern DevOps tools (Git, CI/CD).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
