🚀 We’re Hiring: Full-Stack Developer (Next.js)
 📍 Damascus – Althawra Street | 🕒 Full-Time | 🏢 Pioneers Network Co.
Join our fast-growing tech team and help us build scalable, modern applications across web platforms. We’re looking for a skilled Full-Stack Developer who’s passionate about clean code, performance, and innovation.
💼 Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain robust, scalable web applications using Next.js.

1.Design, implement, and manage APIs and data flow with MongoDB.
2.Lead architecture decisions, deployment processes, and system integrations.
3.Collaborate with design and development teams to deliver seamless end-to-end features.
4.Style and structure interfaces using Tailwind CSS for modern, responsive UIs.

🛠 Requirements
1.Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. 3+ years of hands-on experience in Full-Stack Development.
3.Strong proficiency in Next.js, Node.js, MongoDB, and REST/GraphQL APIs.
4.Solid understanding of software architecture, scalability, and performance best practices
5.Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.

🎯 Nice to Have
1.Experience with AI-powered tools for code generation, testing, and optimization.
2.Proficiency in MUI (Material UI) for building rich, component-based UIs.
3.Familiarity with DevOps tools (Docker, CI/CD) is a plus.
