نحن نبحث عن أشخاص متميزين، شغوفين بالتقنية والبحث العلمي، للانضمام إلى فريقنا لبناء حلول ذكية تجمع بين الذكاء الاصطناعي وإنترنت الأشياء. لا يشترط وجود خبرة سابقة، لكن التخصص والفضول العلمي أمران أساسيان. الرواتب قابلة للنقاش وتُحدد حسب الكفاءة. إليكم تفاصيل الوظائف المتاحة:

⭐️ AI / ML Engineer (2–4 positions)

Mission:
Develop AI models that convert natural language into IoT firmware, schematics, and cloud configurations.

Responsibilities:
- Train/fine-tune LLMs for IoT and embedded code generation. 
- Build prompt pipelines that generate C/C++ firmware. 
- Integrate AI with hardware libraries (ESP32, STM32). 
- Collaborate with firmware team to validate code.

Skills:
- Strong in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, transformers. 
- Experience with LLMs and code generation. 
- Understanding of embedded programming (C/C++).

⭐️Firmware / Embedded Engineer (1–2 positions)

Responsibilities:
- Build drivers and firmware for ESP32/STM32/nRF boards. 
- Test AI-generated code on real hardware. 
- Develop OTA update pipelines. 
- Optimize for low power, reliability, and connectivity.

Skills:
- Proficiency in C/C++, FreeRTOS, Arduino SDK. 
- Experience with sensor integration (I²C, SPI, UART). 
- Hands-on with debugging tools (oscilloscope, logic analyzers).

⭐️Backend / Cloud Engineer (2 positions)
Mission: 
Design and implement backend services and cloud connectors for IoT device management and data pipelines.

Responsibilities:
- Develop APIs for device registration, authentication, and data ingestion. 
- Integrate with AWS IoT Core / MQTT brokers. 
- Build storage + analytics pipelines for IoT data. 
- Ensure security (TLS, certificates, role-based access).

Skills:
- Proficiency in Python (FastAPI/Django) or Node.js. 
- Experience with MQTT, REST APIs, WebSockets. 
- Strong AWS/Azure/GCP knowledge.

⭐️Frontend / Web Engineer (1–2 positions)

Responsibilities:
- Develop a React/Next.js frontend for user interaction. 
- Implement wiring diagram visualization + digital twin UI. 
- Connect frontend with backend APIs and AI outputs. 
- Ensure smooth user experience for technical and non-technical users.

Skills:
- Strong in React, Next.js, TailwindCSS. 
- Visualization libraries (D3.js, Three.js). 
- Understanding of IoT workflows is a plus.

📄 Contract Structure:
- First month: test period 
- Then: 3-month contract 
- Followed by: 6-month contract 
- Then: 1-year contract
