🚀 We’re Hiring: Back-End Developer
📍 Damascus – Althawra Street | 🕒 Full-Time | 🏢 Pioneers Network
Pioneers Network is seeking a skilled Back-End Developer to join our technical team and contribute to building reliable, scalable, and high-quality backend systems.
💻 Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain API endpoints using Next.js (App Router).
Design and interact with databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms and ensure system stability.
Improve application performance through caching and proactive bug fixing.
Collaborate closely with frontend developers to deliver complete and efficient solutions.
🛠 Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Back-End development.
Strong proficiency in Next.js and Node.js.
Solid understanding of REST and GraphQL API design principles.
Experience working with Git and collaborative development workflows.
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools is considered a plus.
