Job Description – Junior ERP Functional Consultant

About the Role
We are hiring a junior ERP consultant with a solid understanding of business processes and prior exposure to ERP systems. The selected candidate will be trained to become a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant.

This is a remote, full-time position for candidates located in Syria. We are looking for someone who already understands ERP fundamentals and is fluent in English, both written and spoken.

You’ll join a fast-paced, supportive team delivering ERP solutions to clients across the Gulf. The training and mentorship we provide are extensive — we are investing in your growth.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in structured training on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Support requirement gathering, process analysis, and documentation.
Assist in client implementations, system testing, and user training.
Help prepare process documentation, user guides, and reports.
Provide functional support during go-live and post-implementation.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients using professional-level English.
Candidate Profile

Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields.

Understanding of ERP concepts and business workflows (sales, purchasing, finance, inventory).
Prior exposure to any ERP system (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Al-Ameen, QuickBooks, or similar).

Fluency in English – must be able to communicate confidently in written and spoken English.

Strong analytical, documentation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Based in Syria, with the ability to work remotely full-time.

Preferred:
Previous ERP implementation or support experience (even as an intern or junior).

Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook).

Exposure to SQL or reporting tools like Power BI.
